Sunday, June 23: Multi-cultural Festival and Picnic in Parkersburg
Join us in Parkersburg City Park for this potluck picnic, followed by the festival's interfaith worship service at noon.
We will meet for a Potluck Picnic in Parkersburg City Park Shelter #11, which is near the restrooms and play area (near Park Office & Police) There will be no service at the church in Marietta. There will be an Interfaith Prayer Service for everyone @ Noon at the Main Stage. Rev. Kathryn Hawbaker & Carol Sedgwick (Interfaith Group & MOV-MCF Board Member) and others will participate.Join us at 10:30 am for set-up and socializing, then food and conversation at 11a.m. as we bring our liberal religious voice and example to extend a vision of Beloved Community in Parkersburg, WV. and the Mid-Ohio Valley.
