Thanks, Rebecca.
I went ahead and looked at the application form for the Cool Congregation grant. Here are some highlights:
-Deadline is December 15
-The category that seems to best fit us is "Renewable Role Model"--let me know if you think a different category would fit us.
-We need three photos
-There are several questions about KWH usage--before and after our solar panels, CO2 emissions reductions,, etc.
-There are some narrative questions about our main challenge, how we met it, and final result
Once we have agreed on a category, do we want to move ahead with the application?
If so, I am willing to put the questions on a WORD document, we can fill in our answers and then copy/paste them into the form when ready.

With the solar panels and efficiency improvements to the RE building, we have done that. I have attached the certification application. If we decide to apply, we will need some specific information regarding our projects, their costs, and the energy savings we have seen.

As I read the guidelines (attached), we would seem to qualify in several categories. The entry deadline is December 15. Who would be interested in helping draft entries in one or more categories? We can enter three.
