[Green] IPL Cool Congregation certification and challenge contest

Please let me know how I can help. I have not been involved in the process
to this point. How can I become informed? I will review minutes and reports
for the last few months. What else should I do? I am so impressed, Rebecca
and George, with your knowledge and articulate reporting.
