[Green] GSC September minutes; draft agenda for October meeting

Dear GSC member or friend,

Attached, please find the thorough and clear minutes from the September meeting. Thanks, as always, to Adeline for documenting the meetings so well. Also, thank you to Debra for chairing during my absence!

And also attached, please find a draft agenda for this Sunday’s meeting. If I have omitted anything or if there is something new to discuss, please let me know by Thursday at 7 p.m.
