[Green] Virtual Public Meeting Follow up

George,

It appears that perhaps only the Ohio DNR was consulted about this project
and also I happen to know that the Ohio office of U.S. Fish and Wildlife
Service, Ecological Services office was consulted.  Since the USACE
responsibility lies primarily within the river channel which is in W.
Virginia, makes me wonder why Ohio was even involved (perhaps Deep Rock
requested that consultation knowing that Ohio would be easier to deal
with).  I would suggest that W. Virginia DNR be consulted and the U.S. Fish
and Wildlife Service Field Office (Ecological Services) recently relocated
from Elkins to be co-located with Canaan Valley NWR near Davis, WV.
