[Green] DuPont CITF Grant

If it is for tax purposes then it seems they will need the tax status of
FUUSM and Green Sanctuary is a committee of FUUSM.  This changes how the
money flows internally but perhaps FUUSM will need to be reimbursed for
some of their expenses for the money passing through to Green Sanctuary
(normally about 10%) of the total amount.  This is perhaps an internal
discussion outside of the committee but it seems important that the tax
status is clear - and that means FUUSM is the grant recipient passing
the funds along to Green Sanctuary for their Sustainable Marietta
project. Annie
