[Green] DuPont CITF Grant

DuPont's grant committee responded back, we are okay to continue with a
grant award to FUUSM instead of Green Sanctuary. Who would be the right
person that can provide the following information on FUUSM for the grant
application?


   - *IRS form 990*
   - *The organization’s most recent audited financial statements (if
   available)*
   - *Annual Report (if available)*
   - *Operating Budget*
