[Green] Another League of Women Voters statement relevant to our forum

The way the League of Women Voters deals with it in Wood County is to
allow the candidate to read his/her statement or to give his/her
qualifications for office. As we understand it, that is not a debate.
Afterwards we have a meet/greet session where they can say whatever they
wish to whomever they wish. We do _not allow representatives_ of the
candidate to read statements, but we introduce them during the debate.
This applies to all candidates, not just national ones.
