Dear Green Friends,
I sent you that lengthy email, when was it? Monday? Tuesday? I don't know. But unbeknownst to me, I had an email problem. I wondered why I received no replies to that message. I wondered why I had received so few emails in the past few days. Anyway, I fixed the problem last night, and Tim showed me your replies on his phone. But the only one I have stored is Kelcey's, because she resent it. And now I have Dawn Ellen's.
I can't remember what you all said, other than that several of you agreed that a March 4 meeting would be worthwhile, if we can swing it. I'll try to arrange that with Chris tomorrow. Will let you know.
So, If you replied, please dig your message out of your Sent folder if you can, and resend it to me. Your opinion is genuinely important to me!
Thanks!

That is assuming everyone would still like to do that. Chris is donating is time as a caller, Dawn said she could call a contra or two, and we have plenty of line dance and country dance music for in between. We can't get in to the gym until 7, which is unfortunate since I was hoping the dance could be 7-10, but we could start at 7:30, so we'd have a little time for set up.

Dawn and I were discussing a charge at the door of $5 pp, and then donation cans, maybe charging for food, or just asking for a donation? I was thinking snack/munchie type items, donated by Green Sanctuary members, but certainly open to other ideas.

I realize that Apr. 21 is also the middle of all the Earth Day activities, which may work to our advantage, (maybe even some free advertising??) but will make for a very busy day for all of us. So thoughts and suggestions are appreciated. It will also be our last chance to make any money for the Solar Match Fund.
