[Fuusm-l] UUA Mediation

I wonder how much "too much harm and damage" they accept and how they 
measure that.  It's my understanding (unless I misunderstood) that they 
do charge for mediation assistance.  When I spoke to Beth Casebolt she 
was very clear that the cost is extensive and that it takes a lot of 
time for the process.  Annie
