[Fuusm-l] opening up

Kelcey,
A committee has been formed to work on protocols and its work will be
communicated in due course.  That process will take a few weeks, at least,
and even then there may not be complete agreement.  Accommodating the AA's
urgent need would have required trusting the Board to make a short-term
decision. Perhaps if we had communicated it better that could have
happened, but I'm skeptical.
