[Fuusm-l] Proposed new Policy for Policy & Procedures - Minister's Discretionary Fund

Hello all,
As part of the information for the annual meeting,I am attaching a new
policy that I am proposing for the Policy and Procedures Manual for your
review. It has already been reviewed by the Board of Trustees.

Here is a summary of its purpose and status:

Proposed New Policy

Minister’s Discretionary Fund Policy



Proposed by: Treasurer – Linda Lawton. Reviewed and approved by Board of
Trustees



Purpose – Put in Place Policy for Minister’s Discretionary Fund similar to
other UU churches

·      Will make sure MDF fund contributions are tax-deductible

·      Puts in place guidelines and oversight for Minister’s Discretionary
Fund in Policy
