Dear friends on the W & M list,

Since she is out of town, Martha has asked me to facilitate our July 
meeting.  I can't access the usual Zoom link without her, so Mike helped 
me set up a new meeting for us.  This is a one-time thing, just for this 
one meeting. ( I noticed the regular link from Martha was published in 
the Sunday announcements, but that won't work for our July 7th meeting!

    Formulate feedback about technology proposals to Al Tuttle and Board
    via Nancy Luthy.

_Martha’s reaction to Al’s follow-up email_:

_Sound System_: Analog system seems the reasonable choice because of 
less expense, ease of setup, and clear operation. Personal hearing loop 
system seems a good choice; what do those who need enhancement prefer of 
the two options?

_Presentation System_: It seems as if the specific placement still needs 
to be worked out. Joe Baker and I suggest a 3-D model to help make the 
decision. Also, perhaps the current TV could be raised to a higher level 
in the interim.

_Camera System_: The plan for the PTZ camera system sounds workable 
[camera placed under choir loft, initial SDI/Coax connection with 
ethernet cable between camera and controller with later goal an NDI 
ethernet route]

_Network Computer System_: We’ve [The Tech Team] have come a long way!! 
The two computers are delivering smooth services. Thank you.

 3.

    Moving Forward with Virtual Worship and Return to In-Church
    Services: How is it going? What are next steps?

 4.

    Correspondence: Martha has sent a thank you note to David Torbett.

 5.

    Financial Matters: Need to retroactively approve $100 donation from
    W & M Committee budget to Meadville-Lombard Theological School.
    [Donation has already been sent.]

David Torbett has been sent a stipend of $150 because he is an ordained 
minister but was speaking as an academician.

Kat - $250 donation online to UU The Vote and request for reimbursement???

 6.

    Other groups (Board, Board of Trust Governors, Caring Committee,
    Building & Grounds, Membership, BRIDGES, Finance) to take part in or
