[Worship] choir pieces/sheet music purchases - there weren't any

Hello, all,

I asked Martha W. about the music she selected for Jan - May, which
would be paid for from the current budget if she ordered them. She chose
all the pieces from the FUUSM music files, which may mean at least one
copy of the music was purchased at some time in the past. She was not
aware that there was any budget for purchasing sheet music for the
choir, so my/our bad for never telling her that. She will do that in the
future when she chooses new music. I gave her the dates we suggested for
the choir pieces to be included in the service.

I also asked her if she was aware of any "job description" for her
position; she said no. Since she has been doing the job, I asked her to
write up a description of what she thought were the basic tasks she has
been expected to complete. That may help us create a job description for
the position. Asked her to send it to me, so I'll pass it on when I
receive it.  (BTW, she said she spends on average 2 hours per week
getting things set up for the virtual choir work. Not sure how that
compares with live rehearsals/performances, but gives us some idea of
work required in our COVID times.)
