[Worship] Budget Proposal for W & M Comm AND process for planning

Dear Martha,
I am sorry to have missed your meeting last night.   I will be unable to
attend the next three meetings, as well.  I prepare dinner for my
granddaughters on Wed. during the school year, and the 5 - 7 meeting time
doesn't work for me.  I will try to get another board member to attend, in
my place, for the next three months.  I will let you know.  Please keep me
on your mailing list, as I have a notebook for your minutes.  Thanks,  Nancy
