Agenda for November 7,  2018 Meeting of the Worship & Music Committee 

Parlor, 5:00 p.m. 

  1.. Minutes of the October meeting to be approved   
  2.. Correspondence:  Kurt Klettner - thank you has been sent. 
  3.. Reports from Specific Task Teams:  
    1.. Aesthetics Team:   Kat  New volunteers - Sarah Barkdull, Andrea Bone, Andrew Clovis 
    2.. Special Music Team:   New volunteer - LeeAnn Gallucci 
    3.. Worship Associates Team:  Anita Newhart, new volunteer, has started. 
    4.. Piano Task Force:  Suzyn 
    5.. Technology Task Force: The committee agreed that we should ask Ralph to investigate options for a television with larger screen.  Martha has conveyed the request. 
    6.. Task Force for the Time for All Ages:  Ron Tepley and Cindy Burton are volunteering.
  4.. Coordination with Buildings & Grounds:  Maggie 
  5.. Expenditures:  Stipends for outside speakers in August?   Sherm Koons, Nkenge Friday
