[Worship] revised version of folder for order of service

Hello, all,

Sending this in advance of the W&M meeting on Wednesday. I have not 
received any update on the philosophy of inclusion, but I changed it 
according to my interpretation of the remarks at the congregational 
meeting - certainly open to corrections , but not sure who is in charge 
of wordsmith efforts on it.

Other changes:

Added the FUUSM affirmation

Restructured the 7 Principles to accommodate FUUSM affirmation

Eliminated some words here and there for space requirements

Changed pics for Tabatha and Becca, and added Lucy to staff section

Please review and look for errors.
