[Worship] Philosophy of Inclusion

Dear Michelle and Shari,

I'm sending this to you as members of the Board of Trustees. If someone 
else has responsibility for working on the Philosophy of Inclusion, 
please redirect the message.

The Worship and Music Committee worked on the wording for the Philosophy 
of Inclusion at our November meeting. We plan to put the revised 
philosophy in the order of service folder, as the original was in the 
folder we tried out during the summer. Our understanding was that the 
philosophy was to receive some further tweaking following the September 
congregational meeting where it was introduced (and sort of voted on) 
before it was established as part of our official records (bylaws?). 
Since we haven't heard of any other word-smithing efforts on the 
philosophy, we offer our edit for consideration.

Our plan is to re-introduce the folder in January when we begin to meet 
downstairs. It is also being revised to be a more useful addition to our 
worship services. If the Board has no objections to our revised version 
of the philosophy, we'll use it in the new version of the folder. Please 
let us know if we may proceed with it.
