Good information, Peg.  The actual salary will be determined by the Personnel Committee.  We just have to weigh in on whether to make it a paid position.

Also, I want to recommend the movie Paterson.  It would be good for any writer or artist to see -- very affirming.

I have a friend who is a choir director at three churches in Pburg. 


He can't take on anything new, but I asked what the going rate was.  I thought the info might be helpful. 


He said,"If it was just rehearsing the choir and not playing for them $75
It's the director will be responsible for other things like accompanying then the rate would have to be at 100"
