[Worship] Issue to consider before August meeting - pay for choir director?

I have a friend who is a choir director at three churches in Pburg.

He can't take on anything new, but I asked what the going rate was.  I
thought the info might be helpful.

He said,"If it was just rehearsing the choir and not playing for them $75

It's the director will be responsible for other things like accompanying
