5. January Focus: The Confluence article for January 2017 has been submitted to Adeline.  
The follow-up Coffee Hour Information Session is Sun. Jan. 29.  
What is plan for information/sign-up table and circulation throughout the room?
Wear the choir stoles for visibility.

  
6.  Reports from Specific Task Teams
    
1.  Sanctuary Decoration Team:  Women's Group will decorate the
Sanctuary for the Holidays.  
Nov. 30:  3pm to decorate, 6pm for potluck  Men's Group (Gary Hamilton) will decorate the outside =
of the church the first weekend in December.  
Dismantling and storage of the holiday decorations will be done after the worship service on 
January 1. 
**Martha hoped identify key people from the Women's Group and the  De-Clutter Corp to guide the storage process.

2. Special Music Team:  Wayne Waldeck has provided a singer for =
Christmas Eve service. Her name is Su Voycik Meredith, 740-706-1225.
3. Piano Task Force:  Suzyn will contact Joe Baker to clarify membership of this group and to ascertain the plan for the final phase of the piano rebuilding.    

4. Technology Task Force:  
1)  Ralph Olander and Mike Bailey will investigate device for smooth transmission of images 
from the computer to the TV as well as an updated projector.  
2)  Ralph has provided guidelines for providing recorded ingathering and sending music in the 
desired format, and they were published in The Confluence for November.  
3) Shari has purchased a new microphone stand.  *** Shari submit for reimbursement.




5. Task Force for the Time for All Ages:  Shari Miller, Kerry Blair, Dawn Weidner, Cindy Burton, Diane McMichael, Adeline Bailey, and Ron Tepley.  (Rachel Hyde, Gwen Banziger -- possible additions)

6. De-Clutter Corps: (Contact - Wendy Morey)   
Kat will talk with the Board to see where the De-Clutter Corps fits in the organizational 
chart so that communication and decision-making are systematic.

  7. Selection of Specific Lamp for Piano:  Shari
  8. Request reimbursement of $125 to Jane Tumas-Serna for purchase of 
new tree for the Sanctuary?  WOMEN’S GROUP COLLECTED FOR THIS.
  9. Cards to Community Workshop - John  will hold/store
  
10.  Update on FUUSM attire - John   The group decided to launch the 
project in January, to take initial orders and then fill in the balance 
of 100 required.  Tentatively, the group set $15 as the price of each 
t-shirt.  Use of the profits will be explored further at a future 
meeting. 
11. Next Meetings:  Adeline will preside at the Jan. 4 meeting and
will develop the agenda for the January 4 meeting.  Kat will take 
minutes for both meetings and distribute them to the Committee and to
Council.
12. Opportunity:  Marcia McFee will be giving a workshop in 
Pittsburgh, Spring 2017  “Transforming Worship"

Gardens, LeeAnn Gallucci on recovering from loss, Living Mindfully - =
Prepare for the Unexpected (Robin Bozian, Anita Newhart, Sue Montera, =
Virginia Mayle), anti-bullying and Shari's Flower Story, Quill as a =
storyteller, Quakers on consensus.
Mark Sibicky on mindset/habits of mind needed for democracy - Martha -- =

Bayan Sibaii on perspective of Syrians - Martha will invite her 
-to attend a women’s group meeting, present @ 10am

Long term plan will be to have a panel of that group that includes Bayan.
