     *   Sanctuary Decoration Team: Thanks to Women’s Group about decoration of the Sanctuary for the Holidays. Men’s Group (Gary Hamilton) about decoration of the outside of the church. January 1 Un-decoration and storage???

     *   Special Music Team: Suzyn

     *   Piano Task Force: Suzyn will contact Joe Baker to clarify membership of this group.

     *   Technology Task Force: Purchase of ELMO or other items deferred until after capital campaign plans or budget plans set

     *   Task Force for the Time for All Ages: Shari Miller, Kerry Blair, Dawn Weidner, Cindy Burton, Diane McMichael, Adeline Bailey, and Ron Tepley. (Rachel Hyde, Gwen Banziger -- possible additions)

RE Planning Calendar – January to June 2017

Notations:

ALL AGES – Children/youth stay in the Sanctuary for the duration of the service.

GROUP ACTIVITY – Children gather in Fellowship Hall for an activity, combining the K-3 and 4-8 classes (maybe the youth group, but they normally opt to meet as a group elsewhere)

EXTENDED OPENING – Children/youth stay in the Sanctuary for a longer period of time than usual, after which they leave to go to class or activity, depending on the date (see below)
