1. Minutes of the November meeting to be approved

3. Reports from Specific Task Teams:
* Aesthetics Team: Jane Tumas-Serna – request for feedback on decorations, possibility of including brief explanation of displays in worship services, December 10 (two Christian displays, Guadalupe, Solstice) and December 17 (Hanukah, Kwanzaa), lights in swags?
* Special Music Team: Suzyn
* Worship Associates Team: Chris Jacobs and Andrew Clovis have joined the WAs.
* Piano Task Force:
* Technology Task Force: The Committee agreed that multi-directional microphones continue to be a need. Martha

1. Social Justice and Communication
* Peg expressed the need to have contact names and numbers for often requested community services. The Committee agreed that it would be good to provide directories in the church and a link on the website and to give members of the congregation a card for quick reference. – Kat will speak to the Board about the issue and training of greeters, Caring Committee members, and others.
2. Transition to Social Hall because of painting and repair of the Sanctuary
Theme for Year 2017-2018 will be “How do we create a world of our values?”
