Dear UU Leader,

With August upon us, the whirlwind of planning for the new church year is surely starting to come your way. We here at Soul Matters are thinking of you and want to offer some new year support and inspiration in the form of a free gift: Our three resource packets for September on the theme of “A People of Welcome.” You can also download the three packets from our website. 

We are a UU theme-based resource sharing service made up of over 150 UU congregations. You can learn more about us on our website: https://www.soulmatterssharingcircle.com. Be sure to check out all of our monthly themes and the leader support offerings we provide. We are especially excited about our enhanced religious education material, expanded music support and more in-depth small group facilitator trainings (a number of which are happening this month). Another good way to get a taste of Soul Matters is to check out of daily inspiration facebook page. 

Even if you do not use monthly themes, our resources can offer support. Preachers often use the worship resource packets  (and even the small group packets) as general inspiration on a variety of topics. Think of it as thematic preaching magazine. Religious educators use our RE packets to supplement their existing programs. We also offer a theme-based Neighboring Faiths curriculum that many find helpful.
