[Women] Women's Group Feb. 10

Maureen;  Thank you for sharing your strategies.  I feel like you gave a 
gift with your second paragraph.  Rebecca Phillips sent out a rough 
draft of the points we plan to present to the board before their meeting 
on Monday and I haven't had time to review them but your points are
