[Women] Women's Group tonight -- discussion topic

Hi, Jane and Women's Group  and Robin --

At the latest Worship & Music Committee meeting, John Maddox shared an idea for a service project that might involve the Women's Group and even the upcoming service on March 13.  

John is aware of a project in which people fill used/new purses with toiletries and give them to needy women.
These women might be homeless or -- since we have a connection with EVE -- women in shelters.
People could contribute either purses or toiletries or both.

He wondered whether the collection could be coordinated with the Women's Group service on March 13.

Good morning all,




Well, the weather is frightful and maybe you are not up to coming out, but I have too many avocados to cancel. So we will proceed with whoever is willing and able.  Jane's house, 502 Washington, just past Fifth Street going away from the bridge, first house on the right with the windowed porch across from the computer/beauty parlor shops.  




The chickens are roasting and we will have a taco bar.  Bring what ever you want especially a dessert. 





I have to go out and get some wine and coffee.  Anyone have a suggestion on a good wine and good coffee.  I don't drink either.  I will be going to Giant Eagle.
