Rebecca,
You are carrying on a tradition in that house. Margaret graciously hosted
women's gathering many decades ago. Such special memories.
Your butterfly garden is splendid.
Wish I could be with you And hear about your transitions to where each one
of finds herself. It reminds me of a church service we did also many
decades ago. It was called Ages of Women. A woman for each decade of life
talked briefly about her life as a woman. The Lamba's daughter led the way.
She was a very active teen. I was somewhere in the middle. The last to
speak was Hilda Feaster who did the lovely watercolor that hangs in the
building next door to the church. She recited the poem that begins "Frost
tonight..." which invites us to gather the flowers....
