Jackson Hill Park near the dog park, but not within the fence gets my vote.

In addition to the dog park, there is a basketball court, and a picnic pavilion at either end of the dog park.  The park is a bike and walking trail hub which needs a little marketing so people know it's there.  Be advised that there are numerous soft spots, stone spots, and wet spots throughout the entire flat of the park.
