[Green] Deep Rock Permit Proposal

    I just talked to Bob Lane. He has spoken to the county commissioners,
and they have agreed to hear from him (and us) about the permit request
from Deep Rock for an injection well in Warren township (just
outside Marietta). Specifically, we are asking the commissioners to request
a public meeting from ODNR (Division of Oil & Gas Resource Management). The
commissioners agreed to hear constituents make this request at their own
public meeting this Thursday (February 6 at 10:30). This meeting will be in
the courthouse extension on Putnam St.

    Let me know if you're interested in attending, and I'll  send some
talking points. Roxanne Groff of Buckeye Environmental Network has been
helpful in providing the results of her research on this permit request.
