To all of our UU Climate Justice Revival Congregations hosting your
Revivals this weekend…GO YOU!  You can do it!

Quick pep talk from Rachel & Ranwa:  Model imperfection!  Offer grace!
Even with the very best planning and preparation, something will go
sideways!  That’s OK!  Go with the flow and remember to be kind to each
other and yourself!

*“We don't rise to the level of our expectations, we fall to the level of
our training!” *

When in doubt, remember your training!

Lean into the *Compassionate Cut* off if someone is rambling on and
dominating conversation, *Call in a Lifeline* if someone is being
disruptive or needs spiritual support, and don’t forget to *Tag Team* with
your co-facilitators if you get stuck or just need a drink of water!  Look
back at your *facilitator’s backpack* and think about what you need to be
your best self - not the perfect facilitator of your dreams, but the way
you want to show up for this event - as I like to say, “I’m going to
be *perfectly
imperfect*!”

And don’t forget!  *Take pictures!  Document your Revival!  *

Get photographs of:

   - The Rich Picture of Our Community Thriving
   - Challenging Realities Maps
   - Possibilities for Community Care Maps
   - Each individual Sacred Circle (run them down to scan in your
   congregation’s office or take photos on your phone)
   - Collect the three words from each participant
   - You *know* we created a checklist you can print off so you don’t have
   to remember it all!  Here’s the checklist!
