[Green] Solar Bench Possibilities

Thanks for the update. The bench has to be taken apart and removed for
repair. Are we agreed that Jay and I can handle that? The bench isn't
really owned by anybody so it feels silly to be asking permission. The
city should have known not to put it in the flood plain to begin with.
