George,

Just one little correction. at the beginning of the last paragraph "We in
Southeast ..." - I think that you need to insert "Ohio". Otherwise, it
looks well written with great points.

I participated in the public zoom meeting held on the 9th, and had a couple
of my questions answered very inadequately. I will be putting together and
sending a response in my official capacity and if I manage it will also put
together a response as a private citizen where I will be better able to
address more of my concerns.

Thanks to Rebecca for bringing this to my attention.
