[Green] Climate Pollution Reduction Grants

Green Sanctuary Committee:

     At yesterday's meeting I asked if members of GSC could contact
state legislators about the EPA Climate Pollution Reduction Grant
program. I have sent my comment to Senator Hoagland and Representative
Don Jones. The deadline for the state to respond is March 31. As I
understand the program, if the state does not respond,the grant funds
will only go to metro areas in the state and not to places like our
area.

     The draft message is attached. Please modify the message,
especially in the first line so that it does not appear that we all
copied/pasted the same document. You might also  just mention a few of
the six bullet-pointed programs but not all.
