Dawn,

    This is great news and also very timely news.

     I have been in discussion in the past few weeks with Natalia Rudiak, a
part-time employee of ReImagine Appalachia, who is responsible for
faith-based projects and developing relationships with local governments.
She and I have been discussing how to connect with agencies that are
responsible for economic development in the Mid-Ohio Valley.  I have told
Natalia about this meeting. She's very busy so I'm not sure whether she can
attend.

     I've attached a white paper, "Growing Clean and Efficient
Manufacturing," which gives an idea about the kind of projects ReImagine
Appalachia is promoting
