Dawn,

    Vic had an excellent letter to the editor about the IPCC report that appeared in the MTimes on August 26. I had tried unsuccessfully to persuade the editor to cover the IPCC as a story--it never appeared in the MTimes. In national newspapers like the NYTimes and Wash Post the IPCC report was an above-the-fold story the day it came out.
