[Green] Draft minutes from the October 17 GSC meeting

A miracle is happening before your very eyes: I am sending you the the draft minutes soon after the meeting, rather than shortly before the next meeting! They are attached, really and truly. I hope everyone can find and open them. If not, let me know, although I’m leaving town tomorrow morning, so I might not respond until next week.
