[Green] CITF Grant Projects Report

I will be out of town this weekend celebrating a grandson's birthday and will miss the meeting. My report on the habitat and bench project is attached.

A further report on the IPL Cool Congregations Challenge: I got distracted and forgot about it. However, I have since been in contact with IPL for clarification on the narrative requirements and should have a draft next week, with the final due date December 15.
