[Green] sustainability audit

The Sustainable Marietta survey was a Google form (link to that document below). I can probably set up the form once we have the questions.

I just sent out to the GSC a revised edited survey. This will be sent
through the newsletter, and fb page.  I think it would be good to be
able to send it out like the Sustainable Marietta survey was sent but I
don't have access to that.  Otherwise it can just be returned to me and
we can figure out how to compile the info for the service.  I am hoping
that people will also share comments that we can use in the service.  Annie
