I haven't checked lately but as of about a week ago we had nine responses. We really need more. It's been sent on Facebook, through the FUUSM newsletter and also broadcast email. I suppose we can extrapolate something on those few but ideally we need more.

Friends,
I am uncharacteristically early in sending out a request for agenda items for the Feb. 21 GSC meeting because I am heading out of town for work on Thursday, Feb. 11 and returning Wednesday, Feb. 17. Normally I send out the call for agenda items a week in advance, but I doubt I would remember to do that while I am out of town, nor would I have the January meeting minutes to guide me.
Please send me any additional agenda items by Friday, February 19 at 8 p.m., okay?
Green Sanctuary Committee
Draft Agenda

1. Approval of minutes from January meeting
2. Update on Riverbank Project: Reports from those who have restocked plastic?
3. Update on Solar Bench project?
4. Update on Deep Rock Horizon spill/Injection wells
5. Update on water well field protection
6. Update on April 18 service: How many responses to the survey? Annie, did it provide what you need to build a reflection?
7. CCL update
8. MOVCA update
9. Discussion of FaCT Project and how we can get involved?
10. Anything else I’ve forgotten
By the way: Friday, February 6, is the last day to comment to the Ohio Department of Natural Resources regarding the proposed salt-cave storage facility for natural gas liquid up the river from us. If you haven’t done so already, please send an email to oilandgas at dnr.ohio.gov<mailto:oilandgas at dnr.ohio.gov>
using this as the subject line: Powhatan Salt Company solution mining well permit applications: No. SALT – 1 SMP #2, No. SALT 2 – SMP #3, and No. SALT – 3 SMP #4.

Vic had a great letter to the editor in today’s paper. You can also use it in expressing your opinion to the ODNR. You don’t have to sound like a scientist to say that this proposal is risky, and if there’s an accident, it could be devastating.
Thanks for being on the committee! See you on the 21st.
Love,
