[Green] EARLY call for agenda items for Feb. 21 Green Sanctuary Committee meeting

I haven't checked lately but as of about a week ago we had nine
responses. We really need more. It's been sent on Facebook, through
the FUUSM newsletter and also broadcast email. I suppose we can
extrapolate something on those few but ideally we need more.
