    I don't know if the City is interested in going down this path again, but would there be any interest in the restoration of the Historic Harmar Bridge as a multi-use trail (its adjacent to the Lock 1 site). I worked on this last year for a state grant that was eventually not endorsed by City Council. I can explain further if necessary. Mayor Schlicher is quite familiar with this idea.
