[Green] Solar Bench delivered!

FYI,

The Federal Lands Access Program got a shot in the arm from the
infrastructure bill and is available in most states this year, including
Ohio, and this year requires no cost-share (20% in past).  I will be
meeting with Deana Clark (CVB) and Mayor Schlicher early next year to talk
about Lock One Park.  If we are successful the project probably will not
proceed till 2023.

I have some other projects in the works, but if anyone has ideas that they
think might fit with this funding stream please let me know.
