[Green] Fracking Waste Via Barge

George,
It appears to me that Deep Rock got around some logistical hurdles (and
Ecological Assessment) by claiming that the fluid that they are barging is
only from conventional wells. If we could prove that some of it is
fracking fluid I think that we would be able to shut them down.
