   They would like additional signatories on the letter (attached).  May we include the GSC of FUUSM as a signatory?<br>

   They need to know about the final list of signatories by this Friday noon so <br>
that the letter can be sent this week. Sorry for the late notice--this wold have to be done via email due to the time urgency.<br>
