[Green] CITF Revised Application - Invitation to edit

    Thanks very much for your work on finalizing the CITF project. Following are my comments at this point:

     -Given what Rebecca said about the mixture of owners of this entire area (Putnam St. Bridge to the RR bridge on the west side), we might want to define a more circumscribed, limited space.

     -"The solar bench can be used to charge devices"-- describe what kind of devices.

    -We should mention something about preserving security for users of the solar bench (lighting) and for the bench itself (hardware linked to the concrete  platform where it sits).

     -I would suggest deleting the comment about "no commitment" from other partners. We have consulted with several potential partners and are fairly confident of their commitment.

     -For the evaluation section we might mention that we (volunteers form GS Committee) can survey and interview samples of users of the solar-charging bench to determine the frequency of their use, how many users there are, and their satisfaction with the project.
