Rebecca, Since we will shift to cooler temperatures, the legislation could be sped up if it would make a difference this year. 
I pressing for a seeding of the area being disturbed behind the armory because growing season is waining. Roger

I have messaged Geoff Schenkel about the timeline (as the resolution needs to go through two more readings) and will contact Steve Wetz (Safety services director) about the possibility of doing a plant rescue and beginning the solarization ASAP.
