[Green] Fracking Waste Offload Station

Fellow Greenies:

   I called the USACE Huntington Office about the  proposed fracking waste offload facility yesterday and today. Finally got through today. I asked what the status was about extending the comment period on this application. The woman with whom I spoke, Kayla, said that a decision  on extending the comment period has not yet been made. When I asked her when it will be  made, she said she did not know--the decision is now resting with the USACE headquarters in DC. I interpret that as a good sign.
    
     Thanks to all those who wrote messages to the USACE and to our senators.
