Green Sanctuary Folks:

The US Army Corps of Engineers (Huntington WV office) has agreed to set up a virtual public meeting on the application of Deep Rock Disposal for a barge offload facility near Marietta. The meeting will be held on August 7, 5-6:30 p.m.

I would respectfully and sincerely ask GSC members to do two actions:

      1. RSVP to the meeting by sending an e-mail message to:
             CELRH.North at usace.army.miil

In the subject line put: "RSVP 7 August Public Meeting"

Enter in the message your full name, e-mail address, & full phone number.

       2. Submit one question (the invitation indicates that a participant in the meeting may ask "a question." I am assuming this means one question per person and not the 14 questions i have posed (attached and previously sent to you). I would like to coordinate the submission of questions before we actually submit them (before the meeting). I would like to take question #8 for myself.
Please let me know what question you would like to submit. My order of priority (from highest to lowest) is:

             #3, #9, #10,#4, #5, #6,, #11, #12, #13.

When you get the prompt from me, please submit the question via e-mail message to:

                   CELRH.North at usace.army.mil

In the subject line put: "Question for 7 August Public Meeting;" give your name and phone number.

Please cal me if you have any questions about this process that I suggesting.
