One member of the Williamstown Planning Commission is Martha McGovern, who is a member of my church. I’ll ask her how she recommends getting information to all members of the commission and let you know.
A few weeks ago, however, I visited williamstownwv.org, and entered a comment. At the top of the comment, i asked that it be shared with the mayor, all members of city council, the board of zoning appeals, and the planning commission. I’m assuming the city’s office manager or city council clerk (or some such employee) complied with my request, but I don’t know.

Maybe the existing “casino” owners are potential allies here. Sounds like they might have the money to put up a stink.

The daily haul was three times what we were doing at our business, and keep in mind that we actually provide a product that we have to pay for. They are extremely lucrative, and she has a built-in clientele.
