[Green] Green Sanctuary Committee request for budget line

I think members should be able to join the class for free if we're not 
paying the instructor or perhaps we share the fee with the instructor 
and members can make a donation.  I think the solar classes have shown 
that we can attract new people from the surrounding area to join us 
briefly. Perhaps we could also hand out a little informational flyer on 
FUUSM with class materials.  I do think a fee for non-members is a great 
way to increase revenue, and we need to have them pay ahead of time so 
that they are more likely to show up, and not waste the instructor's 
time.  I hope to join the meeting of the Green Sanctuary Committee Sun. 
to throw out some ideas for consideration.  Annie
